At NozBom, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. Please review our policy below.
Preorders
All orders are currently fulfilled as preorder items and are expected to ship late July to early August.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment by contacting ceo@nozbom.com.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered final.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. NozBom products are personal-use inhalation products, and returned items cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ceo@nozbom.com.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
In these cases, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, at our discretion
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction or personal preference, as scent strength and experience can vary by individual.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to be fair and reasonable.
